Pre-release terms — prerelease-2026-11-03
This service is pre-release software. There is no service level agreement, no data processing agreement, and no warranty of any kind. It is operated by a private individual and not by an incorporated company, so there is no legal entity available to enter into a processor agreement.
By registering an organisation you confirm that you will not process personal data belonging to third parties through this service.
Sanctions. In line with the European Union’s restrictive measures (Council Regulations (EU) No 833/2014, (EC) No 765/2006, (EU) No 692/2014 and (EU) 2022/263 as amended by (EU) 2022/1903), this service is not offered in Russia, Belarus, Crimea and Sevastopol, or the non-government controlled areas of the Donetsk, Kherson, Luhansk and Zaporizhzhia oblasts of Ukraine. By registering an organisation you confirm that it is not established there, is not the Government of Russia, is not listed under those measures, and is not owned or controlled by, or acting for, anyone who is. We refuse access from those places where we can recognise it by network address; that recognition is incomplete, and this paragraph does not depend on it.
Health data from the United States. Do not use this service for protected health information of a US covered entity or business associate under HIPAA. We do not sign business associate agreements. We cannot read what you send, so we cannot enforce this rule technically; keeping it is your responsibility.
Content moderation
We cannot read what is handed over: it is encrypted before it reaches us and we never hold the key. So we do not scan, filter or rank content, and no automated system decides about it.
Anyone can tell us about illegal content or misuse through the notice form. A person decides on the notice and on what we can see, which is whether a handover is still waiting to be opened, and can end that handover so it can no longer be opened. We tell the notifier what we decided, and we send the organisation concerned a statement of reasons where we have its contact details.
