This service is pre-release software. There is no service level agreement, no data processing agreement, and no warranty of any kind. It is operated by a private individual and not by an incorporated company, so there is no legal entity available to enter into a processor agreement.

Receipts issued here are signed with a development key. They are not evidence. The published key set says which key signed them.
